Transportation and delivery
The formalized purchases (order placed and paid) will be processed the day after receipt of the payment and from there they will be received by the client within a period of 2 to 4 business days. For purchases over € 50 the shipping costs are free. Toolstock, s.l. is not responsible for the costs that, by customs processing or payment of taxes, the buyer may incur. In any case, the distribution conditions are subject to the work schedules of the courier company and the holidays. Toolstock, s.l. will not be responsible for delays attributable to the courier company or to the customer.
The products will be sent to the shipping address that the customer has indicated at the time of placing the order, this address may be different from the one the customer has provided as the billing address. In order to optimize the delivery process, the address indicated by the customer must be an address in which delivery can be made within normal business hours. If at the time of delivery of the product at the address indicated, the customer is absent, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. It is recommended to check that the shipping address is correct (door number, postal code, etc.), as Toolstock, s.l. will not be responsible for the damages caused in the delivery when the address entered by the customer does not conform to the place of delivery desired by the same.
Each delivery is considered carried out from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company. It is up to the recipient to check the shipments upon arrival, express the observations and submit all claims that he considers justified, he may even reject the package, if the latter is likely to have been opened or if it shows clear signs of deterioration.
In case of delay, breakage or receipt of an incomplete order, the customer can go to Toolstock, s.l. All our shipments are made through courier companies of recognized prestige.
Transport company
Shipments made to the peninsula unless expressly requested by the buyer, will be made with the DHL transport company.
For the rest of countries, you should consult the transport company.
Returns and incidents policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of those goods. You must return or deliver the goods directly to Toolstock, s.l. , without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if the goods are returned before the end of that period. You will have to pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
